Hand Crafted


Ingredients:

  1. 50ml Tanqueray 10
  2. 2 dashes grapefruit bitters
  3. 1 squeezed grapefruit wedge
  4. 1 grapefruit peel
  5. Fever tree tonic water
Method:

  1. Pour the gin into a snifter over a large chunk of ice.
  2. Add the bitters and the squeezed grapefruit wedge
  3. Stir five times and add the tonic water
  4. Finally, flavour the glass with the grapefruit peel
